Search results not showing up when signed in

I'm having a weird issue with the search function on the web player. I was trying to find recordings of a specific song and forgot I wasn't signed in to my account. When I searched for the song, I was able to click on the "songs" option and get a full list of available songs that included my search terms, like this:

But of course I can't listen to the songs without being signed in. After signing in and running the search again, I got this:

I can't click on songs or albums to try to get more options. This is the only option it shows. Obviously I KNOW there are more versions of the song out there, they popped up in search when I wasn't signed in, so why can't I see the whole list now?

I use the web player on Chrome, on a laptop running Windows 10, and to my knowledge everything is up to date.

I know it might sound a bit to easy but have you tried reinstalling the app ?

I don't use the app, I use the web player. Not sure if/how that could be reinstalled.
