Secondary User not able to use account?

My husband just told me (after two months of paying for Family Premium, sigh) that he's not able to use Spotify on the PS4 on his name. No wonder he keeps making playlists under my name!

It's insisting he's abroad, on his PS4 profile. When I use Spotify on MY PS4 profile, it's just fine. Which shouldn't even matter, since we're paying for this. He's never even linked up his Spotify account, because apparently it's always given him this error.

Our PS4 accounts are American (we switch countries like crazy) but we're in Canada. My MOP is Canadian, our ISP is Canadian, I don't know what else could be going on here.

Have uninstalled and reinstalled, no dice.

What am I missing? Can we only have one Spotify account per PS4? Cuz I really don't want his music on my account, why am I paying an extra $5 a month if I can't give him his own account though? 😞 Meh.
