Seriously

Seriously

Songs stop playing after about 9 seconds. So to fix the 9 second problem, I have to uninstall the app, reinstall it and RE UPLOAD gigs of music. I don’t even know all the songs I’ve saved. If I have to do that, please ask yourself why would I upload song back to Spotify for this to maybe happen again. If I have to do this, I’m going to Apple Music for the same monthly price with better features. Ridiculous!!!!!!!

Hey there @HoozNexx,

Thanks for reaching out to the Community. We moved your post from Ideas since it doesn't qualify as one.

We're sorry to hear that you feel like this. However, keep in mind that your saved content will remain the same after reinstalling and you'll only need to download your playlists again, so there's no need to upload songs to the app after doing this process.

We can continue with the help, but it's important to go through the basic troubleshooting steps, including the clean reinstall. In case it doesn't work, let us know your device's make, model, OS version and the Spotify version you're currently running.

Keep us posted.
