Songs spam skip and won't play the song at all

hello, I dont have any problem on my iphone but after I sign in with my premium account on web player( I use Chrome on Microsoft) I cant play the song I want and it shuffles itself , and after starting playing a random song, 10-15 sec later the songs stops and does not play again. I tried sign out and log-in again , and it didnt work.

If this happens only in the Web Player on your computer, then this would indicate an issue with it and we'll investigate together. Could you let us know if you've got the Spotify app on the PC and if it works as it should?

When it comes to Google Chrome I recommend that you clear the cache and cookies and that you make sure the browser is up-to-date. If there's no difference in the behavior afterwards, then you can even test by opening the Web Player in an incognito-window.
