Songs will not play all the way through

Songs will not play all the way through

I have been trying for the last 3 months to get my spotify to keep playing my Playlist all the way through like it use to. For some reason,  it starts a  song and then it stops and goes back to the beginning of that song for me to start it over. I have tried EVERYTHING to keep my library of songs playing like b4 but I am really frustrated and ready to give up on this app. It does not help that there is no one to call and talk to. I have so many good songs in my library and need help asap!!!

  1. I am having the same issue !!! I chatted thru messenger the had me delete cache , it worked for a hour now back to stopping again

In this case, we’d like to gather some additional info. Would you mind sending us the make/model and OS of the affected device along with the Spotify version you’re running there?

 

@Bonewhite33 @Drob0708 , would you mind letting us know exactly what troubleshooting steps you’ve tried so far? Please send us as many details as possible, so we can avoid repeating any steps.

 

Folks, did you notice if this started to happen after a specific event such as an OS update? If yes, please send us the details.

 

Lastly, just to confirm, does this happen when playing specific content such as a playlist, album, song or episode? If yes, please share with us the link to it.
