Spotify App for Windows Phone always offline

Ever since the new updates to both phone and OS, Spotify for Windows Phone/Windows 10 Mobile has been in a "Disconnected State" whenever I open it. Even though I have WiFi and Mobile Data, and I can still access the internet (I'm typing this feedback from the same phone!!), the Spotify app keeps saying it's offline and I have to manually turn the offline mode on and off to refresh the app.

Please tell me I'm not the only one having this issue...

I had the same issue. Enable and disable flying mode. This will reset wifi and 4G. It works for me.
