Spotify Connect does not work for Legrand Digital Audio

Solved!

Spotify Connect does not work for Legrand Digital Audio

Spotify Connect does not show any LeGrand Digital Audio devices. It worked flawlessly until about mid-March 2022, and then it would not connect. Nuevo apparently issued a “fix,” but now the speakers don’t show up at all. Prior to the “fix,” you could see the LeGrand speakers but they would time out when trying to connect. Now you don’t see LeGrand speakers at all.

Hey @CRC75,

Thanks for reaching out to the Community.

Could you check if there's a new firmware available for your Digital audio device?

On another note, we recommend that you request the manufacturer more info about how their interface currently works with our API (in order to confirm there's no issues on their end).

Keep us in the loop.

This issue is now fixed. I had updated the app on my iPhone but I had neglected to physically restart the onQ system. In order to do this, you must unplug the system and plug it back in. There is no "nice" way to reboot through software UI, you must use the blunt force method of unplugging and when you plug it back in it should work. Thank you.
