Spotify Web Player Program does NOT work whatsoever, not even after uninstalling more than 10 times.

Spotify Web Player Program does NOT work whatsoever, not even after uninstalling more than 10 times.

I have uninstalled, and re-downloaded the Spotify web player program now over 10 times, the program does not work.  After installation when spotify self-launches after download, it freezes instantly, doesn't play music, and spotify is all black, nothing has loaded not a single button.  Happens EVERY single time I open spotify now, yet previous to this for months it was never a problem.

Hello @FU582958325!

You can try launching Spotify from a command line using:

%APPDATA%\Spotify\spotify.exe --disable-accelerated-layers --disable-accelerated-fixed-root-background

If you aren't familiar with how to do this, easiest way is:

- Press Start.

- Type "run" and hit return. You should get a little "Run" dialogue.

- As long as your Spotify is installed in the default location, copy and paste the command above into the box (clear whatever is in it first).

- Press OK. Spotify should launch.

If nothing changes, also make sure to have graphic drivers up-to-date.

Let me know how it goes!

Actually someone reached out and gave me a new download link to spotify premium and it fixed the primary issue, but now strangely the Genre's and Moods playlists are gone.  It's blank.
