Spotify app on Facebook portal

Recently, my fb portal has stopped showing my downloaded playlists which were originally done through my cell phone. It now only shows daily suggestions and genres. I have spent a lot of time chatting to fb portal help but they haven’t been able to help. I have done a factory restart many times, deleted Spotify app etc. I tried to go to Spotify website through the portal browser icon, and even though I can log in, I can’t access my music. When I try to install app, some google play thing comes up, I log in again, but it says I can’t do it on that device.

Just to double check, right now you're not able to download the Spotify app from the Google Play store?

Could you send us a screenshot of the error message you get when you try downloading the app?

We'd also recommend using a different network and turning off your VPN if you're using one.

We'll be on the lookout for your update!
