Spotify can`t open

Hello, 

I can`t open my Spotify Application on Windows Phone (Lumia 640m Windows 10 Mobile). The App is "loading" forever, so I don`t even have an option to work offline with it. The problem first occured 5 days ago after I connect to WiFi, so maybe Spotify update automatically, but it isn`t possible to check it anymore (due to next steps I did). I tried to restart my phone, then reinstall (and restart), reinstall and install Spotify using phone disk instead of SD card and nothing helped. What can I do more? 

I really like Spotify and use it reguraly, on my phone mostly...

on my 950 is working well, but on my friend's 950 the same problem occurs.

Anyone is aware of a possible fix?
