Spotify connect smart tv

I have a laptop, an android phone and a samsung smart tv UH6900 with latest spotify an all devices. They are all connected to the same network. When I play a song on my laptop I can only see my mobile device and my laptop on the list of available devices and same thing on my mobile, only two devices available but no tv on neither of those.

Is there any extra setting I'm missing? Perhaps any ports or something? How does the tv broadcast itself to other devices on the network?
