Spotify for WP not syncing local files!

I'm currently using wp 8.1 and latest spotify update on my Lumia 735. 

My phone seems to be unable to sync my locat files in my playlists to my phone?? I'm using the same wifi network obviously. 

Is there anything I'm missing still?

Have you tried to reinstall app/router? Also will it load when you are on 3G and 3G transfer enabled? Just for test.

Yes I've tried reinstalling the app on my phone. The router has been reset as well. 

What do you mean by does it load on 3g? Playlists which don't use local files are updated just fine, aslo on 3g.

Why would such a basic function not be inculed in the WP app? Aren't we just as premium as Android or IOS users?? I'm getting more and more furstrated with this "subscription"

Sorry, I have no clue. WP has been heavily neglected by Spotify. There are lots of bugs that get no attention and some features missing. Local files and Connect for instance. Every now and then I try to use Spotify on my phone but I always revert back to Xbox Music (MS Groove) instead.

A bit frustrated myself. Perhaps they'll release an update sometime but I haven't even heard if they are working on it...
