Spotify has stopped connecting to my Roberts iStream 3l

Spotify has stopped connecting to the Roberts iStream 3l radios in my house. Have tried using the Windows desktop app on two different laptops and the iOS app on my phone without success.

The problem began after 17 NOV, on 16 NOV we were using the Roberts radio to play a Spotify Jam.

Spotify can still connect to the Sonos speakers in the house, and the Roberts radios can still connect to Internet radio, so I know there isn't a general connectivity problem.

Just to confirm, is the device listed in the Spotify Connect menu or is it missing entirely? If it shows up, is it greyed out? If you haven't already, try performing a clean reinstall of Spotify on your devices: this will rule out any potential issues with corrupted cache and ensure you're running the latest version available.

 

Also, have you tried using another Wi-Fi network to see if that helps? For example, you can ask a friend or a relative to create a mobile hotspot for you to connect the devices to. Something else that's worth trying is resetting the radios' network settings. Make sure you're running the latest software and firmware updates for the radios as well.
