Spotify keeps playing songs that I am not playing. Auto tune is off btw

I don't know why it does this, it won't let me play my playlists either.

Could you try to log out > restart your phone > log back in to see if that makes any difference for you? It is also a good idea to clear cached files following these steps and check your battery saving features. Also, remove any apps or services that Spotify may be connected with or affected by.

If a family member has a Spotify account, it could also be great if ask them to log in on your device to test if the app behaves the same way.

In case it does, we'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app with the steps here. This is more thorough than a regular one and it'll get you the latest app version with all necessary updates and remove any corrupted files from previous installations.
