Spotify keeps showing a loading message on and off and unable to navigate or play tracks

Since downloading the application today, the app worked on first use, then after I closed the app and tried loading it again, it worked fine, until I clicked the car looking like symbol on my profile (top right), the app kept running through a "loading..." message on screen every 3 seconds, and was extremely difficult to locate and even music wasn't playing. 

I've logged out, logged in, uninstalled the app, reinstalled it, but still the same issue. The issue is associated to my account iDriveLife@outlook.com.

It's ruined my mobile experience, I was considering using Spotify as my primary service for music entirely, but this problem has thrown a spanner in the works.
