Spotify not playing

Spotify isn't playing any music. it was working for years, now won't play in browser. Tried in incognito, nothing happens.

You mention the web player is not working properly, but have you noticed this behavior when using the desktop app for example?

Also, could you give us more info about what's happening? Are you seeing an error message or is the music playing with no sound? Make sure to include enough details so we can check what's going on.
