Spotify on the TV has a different playlist than the computer

Spotify on the TV has a different playlist than the computer

I am a Premium user with my family. But one of my children's Spotify on the TV has a different playlist than the one on his computer.The playlist on the computer is almost nothing, but the TV has a long list of music that it would also like to listen to on the computer
However, he can listen to music in both at the same time.

Thanks for reaching out about this and welcome to the Community! 

 

If he can listen to music on both devices at the same time, it's possible that he's logged in to different accounts on those devices. In this case. we suggest that you ask him to log out from his account on both devices and then log back in making sure he's entering the correct login info. 

 

If afterwards he's still experiencing the same behavior, would you mind asking him if he's able to see the TV displayed in the desktop app while he's listening to music on the TV?  He should be able to see it in the lower right corner of the app when clicking on this icon:

 

If he can't see it there, we suggest that you unplug the TV and the router from the power > wait a couple of minutes > plug them back in to see if anything changes.
