Spotify playlist messed up after Sonos update

Spotify playlist messed up after Sonos update

Updated the latest version of Sonos and that was a disaster. Lots of the songs on my Spotify list disappeared and their order changed - cannot resort them.

At Sonos, they say the problem is on the side of Spotify.

What is going on and how can this be fixed?

Hey @ElinaK!

 

Are you still having this problem? If everything's ok on your Spotify account, you can try disconnecting Spotify and Sonos, then log in again on your Sonos app. Let us know if it makes any difference.
