Spotify says I have exceeded device limit when I only have 2 devices

Spotify says I have exceeded device limit when I only have 2 devices

After I accidentally reset my phone, I got my data back and installed Spotify, I tried downloading songs but then it said that I had exceeded my device limit and had to remove some devices. The problem is, I only have 2 devices, my PC and my phone. I don't know which those 3 devices are. I tried signing out everywhere but that didn't do anything. What do I do?

Hey @nixonsptfy224,

Thanks for coming to the Community.

I recommend maling sure that you've removed all Spotify offline music from the devices that you don't use, otherwise, they'll still count towards your offline device limit. 🙂

To remove offline music from a device, open the Spotify app > Settings > Storage > Remove all downloads.

Let me know how it goes!
