Spotify vs. Sonos (songs breaking up every few seconds)

Hi there,

I use Spotify in combination with a Sonos system at home. When playing songs from my iPhone X or from my iPad Pro music plays but is breaking up every few seconds which is extremely annoying. This happens also with already downloaded songs. It also happens either way - no matter if I use the Spotify app or the Sonos app. 

I do not think that it is a generally WiFi issue or so since when I use Sonos in combination with e.g. Soundcloud or TuneIn Radio, everything works well. Have you heard about this issue? What can I do? Thanks in advance!

I am having this same issue as well, how can we fix this?

I assume you are using Spotify Connect, if so then I have a similar issue with playing Spotify on my Roberts radio.  I think Spotify is mainly phone based, and the Connect app which will have  been designed to work on many different radios/ speaker systems, basically doesn't.  I use Bluetooth to connect my phone with my radio because Spotify Connect has too many bugs in it.
