Spotiy Playlist in Sonos

Hello,
I'm new hear. Hopefully the community can help with my problem.
I have an spotify premium account which works fine with the app.
I can create playlists, listen to new music and so on.
Since yesterday I have also a Sonos system. this works fine with my library and radio.
But there is a problem with spotify:
I can log in, I can play new music, and I can see the subject of my playlists. But all playlists are empty - spotify does not find any song?
I reseted my router and also my spotify login in sonos, but nothing helped.
