Stop updating every day?

Stop updating every day?

As it is really difficult to see why it should be necessary to install an updated version of Spotify every time I want to listen to something, I propose that the app (or program or whatever you like to call it), is only updated when it is needed. It's very unlikely that the developers have anything useful to add more than once or maybe twice a year, and that the update frequency should reflect this (at least if you want paying customers)

...and the bar has been lowered.

And by that you meant what exactly? If you can't add something useful I suggest that you go elsewhere with whatever you think you want to say!

Here’s exactly what I “think” I want to say: Apps (you’re correct that’s what they’re called!) are updated on average at least once a month. Oftentimes people have them auto-update so as to not have to keep up.

These things you assume aren’t useful are bug fixes, security enhancements, and app development that your expert tastes know aren’t good ideas because you’re obviously more informed- all sorts of things you don’t notice but keep the thing spitting out music you don’t appreciate.

To insinuate that the public are ready to revolt because of app updates is about as astute as a poem written by a bag of rocks in a burlap sack.

If you need to complain, come up with something better. Or leave!
