Student Discount Help

I tried to sign up for the student discount and it says my information has already been used for this service but I have never used this service before! I emailed spotify to get answers on this, but until I get a response there I was wondering if anyone on here had experienced that before. Thanks!

Spotify support should be able to get to the bottom of it for you. If you got an automated email when you got in touch, just reply directly to it and that will bump your email over to an adviser.
