Tapping the "playlists" menu item continually returns to the Spotify generic playlists

Description

Whenever I try to access my personal playlists on my Windows Phone, I am redirected to the list of Spotify generic playlists.  I have to tap the playlists menu item several times before I can get to my own playlists.

A more detailed description, using numbered steps

1. Open the Spotify application on Windows Phone OS 8.1

2. Tap the menu icon

3. Tap the playlists icon

What I expected to happen

I expected to see a list of my personal playlists

The collection of generic Spotify playlists appears
