My tracks release date was set to 18/1/18. Since then i can see my track in the search but always get the "something went wrong error". Tried searching on my friends device, same thing. What's the issue, this is my first release on spotify.
Hey @djmaksofficial
Congratulations on your first release! 🙂
I can find, open and play the album on both mobile and desktop.
If you're still having this issue, I suggest you to try reinstalling your Spotify. Click here on how to!
Let me know how it goes 🙂
Wow, can you share the link? I can play any other track, this problem is just with mine, idk why 😞
I reinstalled the app a couple of times, now it's happening to every track 😞
Wait that's a bit unexpected..!
This is your song:

I suggest you try some other device too, a computer for example. Try going to open.spotify.com and see if you can play it there.
What kind of smartphone are you using? (iPhone, Android...)
Looking forward to your reply. 🙂
I'm able to play it on the desktop, everything looks fine there. It's messed up in my app though, I'm able to listen to playlists but whenever i search a track or try to listen a single track, the error message is displayed, can't play my track too 😞
I'm using Android (oneplus 5)
Ah, it's good that the desktop isn't failing on you. 🙂
I suggest you to read and try out these steps in this Android Troubleshooting thread. It contains some useful information.
Hope that helps!
Thank you!! Also how much time does it take to get my "Spotify for artists" account??
That depends on the music distributor of choice. With Distrokid you'll get instant access, but I don't think it should take too long with others as well. 🙂
Here's a bit more information on that.
