Transfer play list from Duo plan

So me and my ex had the duo together and my ex wants the playlist that was created by my ex to still be with her when she sets up her own account with a plan.
My question is, the account that was created through the duo plan for her, will it disappear or can she separate from the duo plan and keep the playlist?

Rest assured, canceling a subscription will not result in any accounts being lost. Your ex will retain her playlists and account even if the subscription is canceled.
