UI still shows suggestions from France despite country settings changed to Canada

I was abroad with the Canadian Navy and switched from Imusic to Spotify while in France.  Upon my return, I made sure my account settings were all set to Canada.  The problem now is that when I open spotify, I still get suggestions for the France top playlists,  including all of the French music rather than Canadian playlists.  My UI also sometimes displays in French.

This happens on all of my devices which include, Iphone, Windows, and Playstation 4.

Is there a solution to this?
