Unable connect to device on one login

Hi,

 

From several days I have strange problem. Me and my wife have family premium accounts. Now, from my account I can't connect to other devices (yamaha rx-v779) from my computer and phone (nothing is listed in "connect to device" box)

 

But when I switch to my wife's account on the same computer or phone everything work as should.

 

I have tried to add another account to family but the new one don't work too.

 

Any ideas what to do?

It is a strange issue indeed!

At this point I'd suggest restarting the router and preferrably the receiver as well, maybe the network traffic has hung up in some ways.

Unplug for 10-20 seconds and then plug back in. 🙂
