Unable to Play Any Songs

Hello all. I am having trouble with playing songs on my Windows laptop as of late. No matter how many times I shut it down, restart, etc nothing works. The album cover pops up for a second like it would if I would play a song, but then it immediately goes away. I changed my "show songs from" settings, but still nothing is happening. Help?

That doesn't sound quite right.
Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.
