Unsolvable problem with PS3

Hi,

For the past two weeks I haven't been able to login to Spotify on PS3. It has been working for years before and nothing has changed recently. It starts the sign in process, and even shows the colorful image for a second but then the black screen appears with the text "problem in connecting with PlayStation Network" (my free translation). All the other apps I have on my PS3 work, so the problem is not my PSN account. I have tried unsuccessfully all of these:

- reboot the PlayStation

- delete the app and redownload it (the process stopped at the end because "i had a more recent app already on my PS")

- log out from Spotify from all the devices

- tried to link my Spotify account with Facebook (there went something wrong also)

- system and app updates on my PS

- waited for several days

+ can't open the PS Spotify through my phone because the remote control link only works when the app is open

so I am a bit frustrated. Is there something left that I could try?
