Hey @Mzee,

Thanks for posting this thread!

The more info we have the better, so we'll need to gather some details in order to investigate the situation together. It'd be great if you could share the following to start with:

  • When did you notice this behavior and was it after something specific?
  • Are you using the app directly on your TV or are you streaming via a phone for example?
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far such as a reinstall and making sure that everything's up to date?
  • Does the same thing happen with another app?

Appreciate the cooperation and hope to hear from you soon 🙂

Hello.

I'm using the app directly on my TV. It's a Samsung Series 7. When I click switch to video and it's playing all songs in the playlist with video and without, there is a noticeable difference in volume between songs with video and those without. However, when I switch to audio the volume is okay. It only happens within the spotify app, reinstalling didn't help.

Appreciate the quick response @Mzee!

As videos are still being tested and gradually rolled out, we'll make sure to pass this info on to the relevant team. Thank you for taking the time to share this with us.

The Community's here if you need help with anything else.

Take care 🙂
