[WP8] CAN YOU PLEASE UPDATE US ON FIXES OR I'M CANCELLING MY SUBSCRIPTION

No acknowledgement of bugs, no news on fixes, the WP8 app is buggy as muck.... give us some news or I walk on...

Its because of these reasons we all pirate........

Feel they don't care about the windows phone users if your not going to make an app on par with android or IOS don't make one at all

Latest version certainly speeded it up but that is about it. There are some annoying bugs in it that need sorting out now. I am seriously considering my premium subscription.

Yeah, I feel the same - I'll just join Xbox Music, at least Microsoft care about Windows Phone. The latest Spotify update on Windows Phone 8 keeps going offline and when it doesn't it can't load any music and won't let you to download a playlist to use in offline mode. And before anyone from Spotify ask, yes I've rebooted my phone more than once, still no difference.

Oh, and I had a full data connection with my mobile network, that didn't have a problem streaming music to my SoundCloud client, and also the same happens when I'm running over WiFi (which is used by my Mac version of Spotify which played the same music immediately). SORT IT OUT!

I agree, I sent today a very short email to Spotify about my problems, lets see what that feedback leads to, probably no where since they probably knows about all I listed  🙂

I have been testing Spotify now in a few days for Windows Phone 8, and the annoyance level is high at certain things:
1. No radio function, but that is no bug but annoying lack of feature
2. Sometimes the app stops playing songs and I have to press Play even if I am playing in Offline-mode. That is very annoying when driving a car or bicykling
3. It is eating way too much battery compared the most other apps
4. The search function makes it tougher to find music compared to the Desktop version
5. Has been krasching a few times
6. The back button works poorly sometimes, atleast when navigating between different search results and "similar" artists
7. Description about the artists doesn't seem to show up when looking at the artist information through the playlists
8. Doesn't allow to play local files, no bug, I know but still important
9. I would love to see year before each album, very valueable when browsing through many albums

Thanks a lot for the app, if some of the bugs above is getting fixed I may continue to use this app, otherwise I am forced like the most on Windows Phone to switch over to Nokia Music or XBox Music. But I rather prefare to use Spotify if I can.

I know I was short at many points in the list, but that was intentional, I only wanted to lift a few things that annoys me most and if they need more deep information about it they can contact me.

Spotify is wonderful as Desktop version, hopefully WP app can be equally good in the future and hopefully they can inform us about current progress of work with bugs and features instead of keeping us in the dark with no good information.
