Web Player is locked

Web Player is locked

Logged onto Web Player this morning, only to find out that 'Spotify Connect' is now in full-force blocking me from using Web Player because I am supposedly 'listening on my iPhone'...

I tried logging off from my phone, removing Spotify from it, re-installing Spotify, logging-in from the phone and logging off again... no avail. The Web Player refuses to play.

 

I wasn't even aware that Connect existed, and now I hate it with a passion.

Is there any hope that this nonsense may be averted?!

That doesn't sound cool.

Are you still experiencing this or was this a temporary problem? If yes, could you check if clearing your browser cache/cookies helps?
