The web browser has not worked for me for over a month (Chrome, FF, Edge, IE). As you can see from the screenshot, I'm able to select music, but nothing plays. And the options (highlighted) do no change when I click on anything.

I'm having a similar problem but also constantly havingto reload and sick of getting "opps" messages when I try to do something.  Just switched to Spotify and starting to regret it.
