My Question or Issue

So the issue is known and not new, many topics relates to it - yet I have tried the solutions and it does not work for me. The last relevant topic is this one https://community.spotify.com/t5/Other-Podcasts-Partners-etc/Web-Player-Songs-stop-for-about-5-secon...

My issue is that when I try to play a song on Spotify web player, the song is skipped to the next one on the playlist after only 2 seconds ; and after 4-5 songs skipped, the  song is played for 9 seconds, but then no sound comes out even though I can see the progress of the song being played.

I cannot listen to Spotify anymore, my chromebook is old but works like a charm, only Spotify fails and Youtube or Deezer works perfectly well.

Please do fix this @SpotifyDevs or @community help.

I tried :

- clearing the cache, also powerwashing my chromebook

- protected content is allowed

- I tried the workaround about the 2 flags to enable, but it still fails for me
