[Web player] Current track is inaccurate/one track behind

As you can see, the album view is always one track behind (it shows the track that played before the one currently playing). The track in green is the one actually playing at the time.
The seek function is also nonfunctional, staying at 0:00 throughout the song. The play button acts as if it is paused. I cannot actually pause while this is occurring.

I'm using the latest version of Chrome on Windows 10. No amount refreshing or restarting Chrome/my laptop has changed this. I can refresh to make the current track update to the one playing, but it will fall behind as soon as the track changes again. This issue has been ongoing for the past few weeks.
