Western Digital Live Hub stop syncrhonize with Spotify

Hello, I have A WD Live Hub, from two months ago stop synchronize all my lists and folders.

Last Monday I reset from factory WDLH, but the problem continue...

I do not really know what else to do.

Me Spotify account is Premiun and Family.
