Hey there @adw1984,

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. We moved your post from the Chat section to the help boards as its content fits better here.

Would you mind letting us know exactly what happens when you try to play the music from this artist? Is the app crashing or simply not doing anything?

Also, could you let us know the make, model and OS version of the device in which this is happening? Having the link to this artist's profile would also come in handy to check if we can replicate this from our end.

We'll be on the lookout for your reply.

Hi,

Thanks for responding back.

The musical group is call Switch.

I have been listening to their music for the past few weeks, and then all
of a sudden, I can no longer play ANY of their music.

I have a Samsung Note 8 android device, and I'm not having any issues with
it crashing, pausing or shutting down.

In fact, Switch is the only playlist in my Library that will not play
music. Every other playlist is just fine.

Thanks,

Alyce

Hey @adw1984,

Thanks for the reply.

In this thread we have posted an explanation to similar reports from other users.

The reason for this experience is content availability.

Hope this helps,

Cheers!
