Why do I have to log in to the community separately when I'm already logged

Why is it so difficult to get j help for Spotify? I've been a premium member for quite some time and it has always been one of the most difficult of all online services to get support, hands down and it's very frustrating when paying money for Service to not have decent customer service. The community is the only way to get any kind of response and they are generally opinionated and don't have the best attitudes or useful information. This is far from decent customer support.

I'm having problems with Spotify and I'm trying to get some help. I'm logged in to Spotify but when I try to get any support the only thing I can find is the community. I don't want to enter a topic conversation with other members who are not specifically Spotify customer service agents because just plain users who may be knowledgeable are highly opinionated and aren't always much help. I'm not looking for someone to argue with, I'm looking fur genuine customer service regarding my issues with Spotify. If my wording of, or the issue itself bothers people, which for some reason usually does, and there's an unnecessary tone to a response that has nothing to do with my issue or trying to help me work through it, then my response to that just starts a landslide of BS and that solves nothing and only creates unnecessary stress and tension for all. I simply want some help getting a service that I pay for to work as it is meant to, opinions  aside.
