Why does Spotify keep removing songs from my own playlists

i was looking through songs my playlist recommended, and i did know and listen to many of the songs there before (bc they were in that playlist). i noticed that they were not in there anymore i scrolled through for a little and i ended up finding 13 songs that were in there but somehow ended up getting removed. I have noticed some songs disappear in the past but fortunately i remember them before they got lost. (Also the songs were still hearted so they most likely could have not been deleted)

Which devices does this behavior occur on? Does it occur on the Desktop App or also on the Mobile App? 

Have you tried using the Web Player instead to see if there's a difference? A screenshot of what you're referring to would be greatly appreciated as we can get a clear idea of how things look on your end.
