Why does Spotify say "Couldn't find that playlist" on every playlist?

Why does Spotify say "Couldn't find that playlist" on every playlist?

When I click on any playlist, it says "Couldn't find that playlist". When I click on the home page it says "something went wrong". I have no problems with internet, I have a Spotify premium account and I'm on a Chromebook.

Hey there,

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

Since you mentioned you're using a Chromebook, we'd suggest you clear the cache and cookies of your browser. By doing that, you'll make sure the stored cache is not leading to that behavior. To do it, you can follow this guide we've located.

If the above doesn't do the trick, then we'd like to gather some additional info. Please send us:

  • Does this happen across all your devices?
  • Does this happen over WiFi? Ethernet? Both? If possible, you can create a hotspot from a phone and connect your computer to it, to see if you notice any difference by using a different red connection.

Keep us in the loop!

I have the same problem, but my computer is chrome, is there any way I can still fix it?
