Why is part of an audiobook included with premium but not the whole book?

Why is part of an audiobook included with premium but not the whole book?

I was listening to a series of books and when I got to the third book I noticed the first part was not included for premium. The thing is, the book is split into 3 parts. Part 1 and 3 are not included in premium but part 2 is. This seems like an error. Is there a way to report that?

Could we ask you to try with another account on the same devices to check if that changes anything?

It's also a good idea to give these steps a go and run a clean reinstall. This one is more thorough than the usual one.

 

Let us know how it goes. If by any chance it doesn't help could you send a screenshot or a video recording of the issue so we can investigate further.

The parts 2 and 3 are included in premium for mine but not part 1 for the book “The Court of Wings and Ruin” which is the third book of this series. I was wondering if that was an error as well.

Hey Martin, ran into the same problem. Part 1 is locked but part 2 and 3 are included in premium. Is this intentional? I went through the reset you linked and it’s still the same.

I have the exact same issue with the exact same book as others here. A Court of Wings and Ruin. Part 1 is not included in premium, but parts 2 and 3 are, and the rest of the series is included. Help!

I have the same issue… 2 and 3 included, but not part one. I tried reboot the app, déconnecte and connect, another account…. The problem still there.

help me please? 

Seeing the same issue here.
