Why is the vocal quality of the music extremely poor since I've paid

I tend to listen Spotify with my Bluetooth earphones or while driving

Hi there @Melané!

 

Could you confirm that you've set the Streaming quality to Very high? It's worth checking your equalizer settings to see if everything looks good in there.

 

Something else you can try out is setting the Download quality to Very high, then downloading one of your playlists to see if the issue persists there. If it does, try performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps here.
