Why isn't my credit card accepted?

I have a new credit card and I'm trying to update the information but the new credit card is not accepted. I keep getting an error message. I have already checked with my bank and everything is OK with the card.

What is the error message you're receiving? Is the country of the card the same as the country on your Spotify account and the country you're currently residing in?

Try using a different network and an incognito window in the meantime.
