Ik heb geen 7 dagen notificatie gekregen zoals wel in de voorwaarden stond Heeft iemand enig idee? Dit was niet de bedoeling. Om 9.99 via automatische incasso te betalen.

Usually the system sends an email when the trial is about to expire but you need to have the notifications active. However, if you didn't receive it, we'd recommend contacting Customer Support directly in any of these channels   so they can check your individual account and refund the payment if possible. 

 

I should add, the  payment needs to meet some requirements to be refunded. In most of the cases, the payment needs to be done with a credit/debit card and also within the 14 days of the charge.
