Windows 10 Mobile Spotify App.

I'm paying you £15 per month yet you won't answer my requests for support, nor will you answer anyone else asking you about the unusably buggy nature of your Windows 10 mobile client.

This seems to be the fashionable mode of customer service - simply ignore the customer until they go away. Have you been taking lessons from BT?

So what should do you expect us to do? - take to Twitter and Facebook to shame you into a reply? Is this the new paradigm of supplier / customer relations? How grubby.

They do not develop the Windows 10 Mobile client anymore hardly, due to the ridiculously low marketshare of the platform. Very few popular developers/companies actually maintain their apps on the platform. I'd recommend ditching Windows 10 Mobile and moving to a better supported platform such as iOS or Android. They don't even mention W10 Mobile at all even in their support pages.
