Youtube use Spotify for Music - FOR ALL DANCERS

Youtube has a strong copyright policy and as a dancer/choreographer, we only want to create our art with that of the musician. When we are blocked or prevented from using Youtube it effects our art and our business. If you can pay $15 a month to use Spotify and get all kinds of music, why can't Spotify and Youtube work together to make this happen? I would be happy to pay $15 a month to use music with my dance videos without getting penalized. It would be a win for both companies, artists and small businesses. I don't see any reason why this can't happen in 2017. Can you do this?
