a purchased audiobook is locked in the app

a purchased audiobook is locked in the app

I am the plan manager of a premium plan. I was able to add an audiobook to my library in the webplayer, and can play it in the webplayer, but it continues to show as locked in the app and I can't play it.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

First up, make sure you're logging into the correct account from both the Web Player and the app. Go to the Web Player, click on your profile pic on the top right, and select Account. Then select Edit profile. You'll see your account credentials. Make sure you're using those details to log in from the app as well. 

 

You can also try logging out and back twice in a row from the app to force a sync between your device and account. 

 

If nothing changes, could you send a screenshot of how the audiobook looks from the Web Player and the app?
