hi i dont even know if this is the right place but i know nothing about this forum so here it goes

if someone uses an audio of myself without my permission, does it count as copyright infringement? it is embarrassing for me and i want to know if i can do anything about it, the guy does not want to remove it, ive asked him

If you haven't given permission to use your content, then your work shall not be used.

However, I'd like to know more about this - where exactly is this taking place? 🙂
