Hi @pennypriddy,
Check if you have Repeat toggled on in the Now Playing view (or in the playback controls on the desktop app), as it takes priority over Autoplay. When the button is highlighted in green, it's toggled on. Tap to switch between Repeat all, Repeat one and Repeat off.
